Dr. McDowell Dr. Kathy McDowell is the owner and chief doctor at Seymour Animal Clinic. She has been in Seymour since 1977 and is a 1976 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Georgia.College of Veterinary Medicine.She obtains state mandated requirements for continuing education plus journal reading regularly.Tina Branch is our office manager and chief receptionist. Other staff members include: Chris McDowell, Amy Reagan,Phyllis Graham, and Delores Latham. All are chosen based on their love of Pets and compassion levels for Pets and their owners.
